Terrible! Bought this for my 7 yr old based on recommended reading level, and the activities were too complex for her. Worse than that, it's filled with uninteresting facts and activities! I don't think anyone of any age would find this interesting, it's the kind of thing middle-schoolers might be forced to do in school as busy work.
