I came across this book which came with a story sack while working in a nursery in the United Kingdom. The toddlers and preschoolers were very much enthralled with the music and story. I purchased this book for my infant-toddler classroom here in California. I have a feeling they will enjoy it as well! The rhythm and story is memorable and easy to follow along. It has a universally relatable story. Car rides and what you see from the journey going from point A to point B is something we can all identify with. I recommend this book and would buy again! If only it also came with a story sack, but at least it comes with a CD in case your vocal chords need a rest.These books are amazing for use with Pre schoolers. They are simple, colorful, and have music to go along with them.The Barefoot Books series of sing along books with cd's are fun for kids. My granddaughter can recite just about every one of the books she has and plays them over and over. Bought this when she was three and she still plays it and acts out the storyline as a four and a half year old. A delightful book. Would recommend for early readers has a tracking ball to follow the words in the song.My grandson loves this! It tells about what they see on the car ride home from Grandpa's house. -A white helicopter, purple train, pink tractor, green digger, black crane, blue barge, etc. It includes detailed, interesting pictures. I would highly recommend it!I got it as a gift for the 2-year-old daughter of a good friend. They've loved it, but I haven't seen it. Evidently it is a big hit, just what the family enjoys, a very nice story and easy songs to share.This is another great book. The pictures are bright and cheerful and the text is easy to follow. There is the added bonus of the cd which helps you with the tune and helps the children to use the book and follow the story themselves. The cd can also be used on the computer and the story comes alive for the children. This story introduces children to colour, transport and how to start to follow a story by themselves. This is a great product and one I would recommend.I am a nursery teacher of 2-2 and a half year olds and they absolutely love this audio book.
